🔁 How to Request an Exchange

Mention your Order Number and reason for exchange.

Our team will guide you through the exchange process.
🚚 Exchange Delivery Time
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll dispatch the replacement within 3–5 working days (subject to availability).
📦 Who Bears the Return Shipping Cost?

If the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will bear the return shipping cost.

In other cases (e.g. size or color change), the customer will bear the return courier charges.
💸 Refunds
We currently do not offer refunds. However, you can always exchange your item or get a store credit to use on your next order.
