Eligibility for Exchange

  • You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The product must be:

    • Unworn and unwashed

    • In its original packaging with tags intact

    • Free from any damage, stains, or perfume/fragrance


🚫 Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Items bought on sale/discount

  • Products that have been used or altered

  • Accessories (due to hygiene reasons)


🔁 How to Request an Exchange

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Mention your Order Number and reason for exchange.

  3. Our team will guide you through the exchange process.


🚚 Exchange Delivery Time

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll dispatch the replacement within 3–5 working days (subject to availability).


📦 Who Bears the Return Shipping Cost?

  • If the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will bear the return shipping cost.

  • In other cases (e.g. size or color change), the customer will bear the return courier charges.


💸 Refunds

We currently do not offer refunds. However, you can always exchange your item or get a store credit to use on your next order.
